Friendly, efficient and attentive..We were at the end of the contract with a very large, difficult to work with MSP and Kelser was one of our choices as a new MSP. Lisa at Kelser was very patient and attentive to our needs while I worked to tie up loose ends with our previous MSP. Lisa put together a plan that was appropriate for our small (9 person) company. The time and effort that she put into our proposal and our specific requirements stood out against other prospective MSPs. When we signed on with Kelser - they were quick to move to help us meet transition deadlines. They made the transition from our previous MSP, much smoother than I was expecting it to be. That alone was huge!
Kelser assigned us a small team, all of whom we met face to face. They made it very clear what their roles were and who to contact for what. I met with each member of the team for various portions of the transition and it became clear that our tech issues were always going to be addressed by people who were familiar with our environment - (rather than our previous MSP with any number of technicians that I never worked with, whom weren't familiar with our systems, breaking stuff while fixing other things and then billing us for all their wasted time).
Kelser has been very efficient with their time and my time. We've been with Kelser for a few months and already I am VERY HAPPY with the level of service they've provided and with how EASY it is to work with them. I am regularly impressed by their professionalism and depth of experience.
