Friendly, efficient and attentive..We were at the end of the contract with a very large, difficult to work with MSP and Kelser was one of our choices as a new MSP. Lisa at Kelser was very patient and attentive to our needs while I worked to tie up loose ends with our previous MSP. Lisa put together a plan that was appropriate for our small (9 person) company. The time and effort that she put into our proposal and our specific requirements stood out against other prospective MSPs.
